CCA to explore negotiation strategies
January 12th, 2007— From PHCC — “In business you don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate,” says Dr. Chester L. Karrass
Construction Contractors’ Alliance (CCA) members will delve into this concept during a day-long “Effective Negotiating” seminar presented March 8 by KARRASS, Inc. They’ll learn the principles, strategies, and tactics of negotiation, and gain hands-on, real-world experience by applying these to real life situations through practice negotiations.
The March 7-9 San Diego meeting will kick off March 7 with a tour of Executive Plumbing Heating and Air, Corona, Calif., a charter member of CCA. A “Contractor Spotlight” inside look at the company also will be featured on March 9. “Hot topic” roundtables and other interactive sessions also will be offered during the meeting.
CCA serves larger p-h-c construction contractors specializing in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional construction. For more information about CCA, visit the CCA Web site at www.phccweb.org/servicegroups/cca.cfm.
