Wolseley Industrial Group acquires Louisiana Chemical Pipe, Valve & Fitting, Inc. — expands presence in the Gulf Coast region

(Louisiana Chemical PVF) in an asset transaction completed August 29, 2011. The company will operate as part of Ferguson’s industrial division, Wolseley Industrial Group, which is a leading supplier of solutions to the North American industrial market,
Louisiana Chemical is a distributor of stainless steel, carbon steel and nickel alloy pipe, valves, fittings and flanges. The company was established in 1998 by Bobby DeAngelo, who will remain as General Manager. Louisiana Chemical PVF has three locations, two in Baton Rouge, La. and one in Sulphur, La.
